Amanda Riley, Founder and CEO

Amanda Riley is not just the founder and CEO of Freedom Talent Search; she is a dynamic trailblazer dedicated to empowering businesses through exceptional talent acquisition. She began her career at an agency and worked her way into in-house recruitment. Over her career, she has supported numerous clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies and deeply understands how to find the missing puzzle piece for dynamic teams. Amanda has honed her skills and built a reputation for excellence in the industry. Her journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to connecting businesses with the right talent to support overall company long-term growth and success.

Amanda graduated with a BS in Business Administration, Marketing and Management from Monmouth University, in addition to a Minor in Information Technology. She is also a retired D-1 softball athlete, leading the Hawks to a historic season with a record-breaking career. She holds true to her values of strong work-ethic, determination, and resilience to achieve outstanding goals.
